Since being admitted to the bar in 2010, her professional heart has been set on the intersection of law and technology. After studying commercial and competition law at the University of Bremen and completing her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, she initially joined a law firm specializing in IT law, where she qualified as a specialist lawyer for information technology law (IT law) in 2017.
In order to keep pace with the rapid developments in the digital economy, she completed the certificate program “Law of the Digital Economy” at the University of Münster from 2024 to 2025 and qualified as a data protection auditor in 2025.
After 15 years in legal consulting and deep specialization, she moved to SCHOMERUS with the entire law firm team.

Bianca Vitting is a board certified specialist for information technology law and her practice focuses on management consulting in IT law with a particular focus on IT contract law.
