Christopher Semtner

Studied law in Hamburg, legal clerkship in Hamburg and San Francisco. Worked as an attorney at a major international law firm, followed by many years of work at a medium-sized law firm in Hamburg (most recently as a salary partner there). Since 2021 attorney at law at SCHOMERUS.

Mr. Semtner advises on commercial and corporate law, corporate transactions (M&A), insolvency law, real estate law, general business law, contract drafting as well as litigation and other disputes.
