Studied business administration, tax consultant and auditor with Dr. Röver & Partner in Berlin and Hamburg. 1996 to 2004 at Schomerus, since 1999 as partner. Subsequently partner at PwC and at Frech + Comberg Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, since 2014 merged with SCHOMERUS.

Tax consulting and commercial law auditing of medium-sized companies and German subsidiaries of international corporate groups. Main areas of activity in the real estate industry, trade, IT as well as in the field of IT auditing and digitalization of business processes.
